Randy Woolman, born on November 17, 1960, in Vinita, Oklahoma to Virgil and Buddy Jean (Dixon) Woolman, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 14, 2025, in Talala, Oklahoma. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Randy began his journey in the world of work on the family farm, where he developed a strong work ethic that would serve him throughout his life. His commitment and dedication led him to embark on a successful career at ASAP Energy, where he served as a fuel hauler for the past 14 years. His exceptional skills in truck driving were recognized when he earned the Driver of the Year award for the state of Oklahoma, along with numerous accolades that took him to the national level, placing in the top ten five times.
He grew up in Vinita and graduated from high school in 1979. Randy found love when he married Jennifer Lynn Stevens on December 1, 2007, in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. Together they built a warm and loving home in Skiatook, where they shared countless memories.
Randy's personal interests and hobbies reflected his passion for the outdoors. He thoroughly enjoyed fishing and hunting, and he took great pride in caring for his yard. One of his greatest joys was providing support for his friends and family.
Randy is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer, his four children: Shelby and her husband Jon, Amanda, Josh and his wife Eva, and Derek. He is also survived by his sister, Necia Long, his brother, Roger, as well as his cherished granddaughter, Makaelyn, and several nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends who will treasure his memory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Buddy Jean Woolman.
A memorial service to celebrate Randy's life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel in Skiatook, Oklahoma.
Randy Woolman touched the lives of many during his time on earth, and his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
