Randee Lee Arfmann, 78, Fridley, Minnesota passed into the arms of Jesus on January 1, 2026 at Arbor Lanes in Burnsville, Mn.

Randee was born January 22, 1947 to Ervin (Bud) and Verna Arfmann in Tyler, Mn. Randee attended school in Springfield, Minnesota and graduated from Springfield High School in 1965. She attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls SD and graduated in 1969 with a BA degree in Special Education. She earned her Master's degree from the University of Minnesota. Randee taught in various schools in the Anoka Hennepin school district as well as the School for the Deaf in Sioux Falls, SD, and Cambridge State School and Hospital in Cambridge MN.

Randee was a long-time active member of St Philip's Lutheran Church in Fridley Mn. Her church was an important part of her life. She volunteered for many activities and participated in Bible Studies. She was a member of the Disaster Relief Team and traveled throughout the country to assist with relief from various disasters. She was also a Befriender at St Philip's for many years. Randee was an avid reader and member of a monthly book club. She enjoyed biking many trails throughout Minnesota, her Friday walking group, weekly yoga classes, cooking and of course her kitties.

Randee is survived by her sisters, Mary Arfmann, Prior Lake, Mn and Beth (Rick) Burris of Savage, Mn. Nieces and Nephews, Aaron (Katie) Martin, Kristi Goslar, Mike Goslar, Betsy (Neil) Hailstone, Samuel (Rebecca) Vanderpoel. 5 great nephews and 2 great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents Bud and Verna Arfmann, sister Jean Arfmann and nephew Abel Vanderpoel

Funeral Service is Thursday January 15, 2026 at 11:00am at St Philip's Lutheran Church 6180 Mn 65, Fridley, MN 55432

Memorials preferred to St Philip's Disaster Relief Fund or AFTD (Association of Frontal Temporal Disintegration.)
