Randy Creech Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Kenly Funeral & Cremation Service - Kenly on Sep. 13, 2025.
Randy Tyler Creech, 36, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Born in Wilson County, he is the son of Denise Pittman Creech and the late Joseph Randy Creech.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandpa, Leo Pittman; and great-grandmother-in-law, Shelby Jean Barnes, both of which held a space place in his heart.

In addition to his mother, Tyler is survived by his two boys, Waylon Tyler Creech, and Walt Daniel Creech; wife, Candace Evans Creech; sister Megan Marie Stewart and husband, Brent; nephews, Weston Joseph Stewart and Jeffrey Nash Stewart. Tyler is also survived by his maternal grandma, Mama as he would call her, Eleanor Pittman; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Danny and Rhonda Evans; sister-in-law, Dana Evans and spouse, Lauren; and special canine companion, Rocko.

Tyler was a man who lived life wide open. A skilled diesel mechanic by trade, he had a natural talent for fixing anything with an engine and took pride in getting his hands dirty. Whether it was under the hood of a truck or out in the garage tinkering with tools, Tyler's love for machines was matched only by his love for the thrill of the ride. Dirt bikes, ATVs, side-by-sides - if it had wheels and an engine, Tyler was on it.

He also had a passion for the outdoors and loved spending time shooting his guns, where shooting was more than a hobby - it was a way to focus, unwind, and connect with friends.

But above all, Tyler was a devoted father. His two boys were the absolute center of his world. Everything he did, he did with them in mind - from working hard to provide, to teaching them how to turn a wrench, to showing them what it means to live boldly and love fiercely. His eyes lit up when he talked about them, and his love was unwavering and immeasurable.

Tyler's energy, his laugh, and his larger-than-life presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a son, a husband, a father, a brother, and a friend - and to many, a hero in grease-stained jeans who never backed down from a challenge.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 10 am at the Boykin Cemetery.
