Beaty Funeral Home - WinnsboroRandy Joe Hallman, a beloved father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend, rode off into the sunset on March 29, 2026, at the age of 71, peacefully leaving us in his hometown of Winnsboro, Texas. Born on August 16, 1954, Randy embraced life with an infectious spirit and a passion that could light up any room.
As a proud heavy equipment operator in the construction industry, Randy built not just structures, but strong bonds with his colleagues and friends. Few understood the art of woodworking like he did-a master carpenter at heart, Randy had a gift for crafting beautifully functional pieces that will be cherished forever. The only thing to rival his work ethic was his sense of humor. Randy was notorious for being quick whitted and having a one liner for nearly every occasion.
An adventurous soul, Randy loved to ride motorcycles. The wind in his hair was a testament to his free spirit, as he often explored the open roads with his friends, sharing laughter and stories that will be fondly remembered.
Randy is survived by his son, Jeremy Hallman, and his daughter, Kristii Burah(Bryan), along with his sister, Kathy Brewton. Randy leaves behind five grandchildren-Summer Tate, Lakken Messimer, Brett Burch and wife Jhera, Blane Burch, and Alecs Burch-and five great-grandchildren: Wylder, Nayvie, Decklyn, Oakleey, and Coven, all of whom were the light of his life and the source of countless smiles and stories. His legacy will continue through their memories and the love they hold for him.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Hallman and Lillian Hallman, his brother, Bubba Hallman and his sister, Sherry King.
In celebration of Randy's vibrant life, funeral services will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to share their favorite memories, ride motorcycles in his honor, and celebrate the many ways he touched our lives. Join us in remembering a man who lived life unapologetically and inspired us all to do the same.
Rest easy, Randy. Your spirit will forever ride alongside us.
