Randy Hendrix Obituary

Randy A. Hendrix

December 15, 1969 - October 2, 2025

Randy A. Hendrix, 55, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away on October 2, 2025. Born on December 15, 1969, in Omaha, Nebraska. Randy was preceded in death by his beloved mother Claudia Hendrix; Grandparents Bill & Luella Hendrix, and Whitey & Charlene Morris; Uncles Lynn (Moose) Morris and Kim Hendrix; Aunt Susan Hendrix. He is survived by his father, Kevin Hendrix, and stepmother, Deb Hendrix; stepfather, Paul Schwager; his son Dustin; sisters Tracy Hendrix (Tony) and Jillian Hendrix-Whaley (Jim); brother, Jason Hendrix; Nieces Tristyn, Kierstin, Jordan; Nephews Trevor, Jacob, Travis, Jaedon, Zayne, and great-nieces Serenity and Delaney. One of his greatest joys was his dog and best friend, Lucky, who he referred to as "Luck." When Lucky passed, he missed her terribly, but their bond was something he carried with him always. In his younger days, he was the life of the party, known for his long blonde hair and his bright blue eyes. He had a beach boy look that stood out in the Midwest. Some referring to him as Hulk Hogan, which captured his larger-than-life presence and charm. He had a love for classic cars, movies, motorcycles and tiddies. He was incredibly artistic and loved to work with his hands. Randy's carefree spirit and big heart will never be forgotten.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Complete Events, 110 N. 9th St., Omaha, NE 68102 from 12pm – 2pm.
