Randy Jay Lindsey, 63 passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024, surrounded by his family. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday evening at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of twenty-seven years, Linda Lindsey; son, Michael Bass; daughter, Meagan Carter; step-children, Billy Adams, Bobby Adams, Brenda Morris, and Bryan Morris; his siblings, Judy Goff, Brenda Lindsey, Dennis Lindsey, Kay Perry and Tracey McClean; fifteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, including his great-grandson, Waylon, his fishing buddy and his loyal dog, Little Bit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eula Gray and John Lindsey; sister, Melinda Futch, and his nephew, Jeffery Wilson.
