Randy P. Lopez

Randy P. Lopez passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at the age of 62. He was a retired Millwright with Turner Industries, resident of Addis and native of Plaquemine, LA. Visitation will be held at Wilbert Funeral Home, Plaquemine on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 9:30am until 1:30pm, with Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 2pm, celebrated by Father Martin Lawrence. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park, Plaquemine. Randy is survived by his son, Dylan Lopez; brothers, Joseph "Joe" Lopez, Jr., and Raymond Lopez (Peggy); brother-in-law, Kevin Hidalgo (Laurie); sister-in-law, Debra Dwyer (George); and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Dayna Hidalgo-Lopez; parents, Joseph and Florence Pollet Lopez; and brothers, Michael and Tommy Lopez. Pallbearers will be Dylan, Joe, Raymond, and Tommy Lopez, Lance Lorio, and Hillary Gaudet.
