Randy Gene "Slim" Malott Sr.

Clear Spring, MD – Randy Gene "Slim" Malott, Sr., 70, of Clear Spring, MD passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at his home.
He was born on December 16, 1954, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Norman Wilbert and Mary Louise (Myers) Malott.
He was employed with Craig Paving in Hagerstown, MD for 30 plus years until his retirement.
Randy enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to tractor pulls with his grandson Jeremy "Boog" Harsh, Jr., and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Sue (Harsh) Malott whom he married on March 27, 1992; children John Paul Painter, Bobbie Sue Bond, Jeremy Wayne Harsh, Sr., Darlene Malott – Grams, Norman Malott, and Gary Malott; two sister Vivian "Cookie" Shank and Regina Andrews; brother Dean Malott; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son Randy Gene Malott, Jr. and two brothers William Edgar Malott and David "Itchy" Malott. The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Randy Bivans officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.
