Payne, Randall "Randy" Allen of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born November 14, 1963 in Hayti, Missouri to Raymond and Barbara (nee Sides) Payne and entered into rest Tuesday, January 6, 2026 in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 62 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Barbara (nee Sides) Payne.

He is survived by his wife, Connie (nee Phillips) Payne; children, Jesse (Miranda) Payne and Brandi (Pete) Menke; grandchildren, Breanna, Ben, and Lucy; brother, Steve (Christina) Payne; nephews, Steven Payne and Jeremy Payne; and his four-legged friend, Remus; along with numerous other extended family and friends.

Randy Payne was a man who always carried a smile and brought warmth to those around him. He found joy in the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and boating, and loved firing up the grill to cook for family and friends. Randy cherished time spent with the people he loved, creating memories filled with laughter and togetherness. Above all, his greatest joy in life was the deep and unconditional love he held for his three grandchildren, who meant the world to him.
