Sandra (nee Blackwolf) Tharp of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born August 29, 1939 in Enid, Oklahoma and entered into rest Monday, February 16, 2026 in Cedar Hill, Missouri at the age of 86 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Tharp, her parents, and one brother.

She is survived by her son, Anthony "Tony" Tharp (Marla Smith Tharp); grandchildren, Danny Tharp, Ryan Tharp, Alexandra Smith, and Peyton Smith; along with other extended family and friends.

Sandra Tharp will be remembered for her strong spirit, kind heart, and the pride she took in the simple joys of life. Even at 86, she found happiness in tending to her yard, always keeping it beautiful and well cared for, a true reflection of her dedication and love for her home. Above all, Sandra cherished the time she spent with family and friends, creating memories filled with laughter, warmth, and love. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016.
