Hello. Recently my friend Elmo Speckles contacted me to let me know that Randy had passed away. I worked with Randy in the oil & gas business in Jackson , MS and we stayed in touch after he moved to Houston, TX. I actually met Randy through my friendship with Elmo, Doug Black and Johnny Christopher. In fact I owe a lot of gratitude and thanks to Randy for helping me get started as a landman in the early 1980´s. I always enjoyed seeing him and catching up at the Nape oil convention in Houston Just a great guy. He shall be missed by all.
