I remember Randy, while working for TxDOT out of Littlefield TX. I would eat lunch at Dixie's, in Morton Tx. That Wednesday buffet, fried chicken and the sides. Yes he was the cook, that's how I got to know him. Later he had his on spot and yes I went, wherever he was cooking. The late Jimmy Joyce and I, would meet for lunch on several occasions. Two peoples from Morton Tx while working in the city made me feel welcome. Family uplifting you guys in prayer. Randy thanks for the meals, and the friendship. Rest Easy my friend my brother.
