Ray Lee Disman was born February 13, 1964 in San Angelo, TX and went home to be with the Lord on June 1, 2023. Ray spent the last 30 years living in Fredericksburg, Texas and really loved the hill country. He enjoyed floating and swimming in the Gonzales River and visiting placed like Enchanted Rock. He just loved life but he loved his family more than anything. Ray was a spontaneous jokester and loved to make people laugh. His kind, loving, generous spirit will be missed by many.
As quoted by his good friend Ray Ruiz - "There's a saying that says throughout life true friends can be counted on one hand. Words alone can not express how thankful I was for not only having a friend but a brother like Ray. He would say, "Es mi Takayo!!" His memory will live on!"
Ray was preceded in death by his parents Philmore Wilbur and Rosie Marie Grimes Head Disman; brothers David Disman and Val Disman, and sister Joyce McGee. He is survived by his daughter Melissa Disman; sister Edith Teague; nieces and nephews, Heath Teague, Toby Teague, Jason Disman, Johny Disman, Andrea Roland, Gina Disman, Cole Disman, Eric Disman, Christy Disman Majoris, Niki Disman and Meloney Disman. He is also so survived by many great nieces and great nephews.
