Ray Fulton, 86, of St. Clairsville passed away peacefully on Friday, August 15, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 14, 1939, in Bridgeport, the son of the late Charles and Mildred (O'Malley) Fulton.

He was retired from the Nickles Bakery, as a retail driver, a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, and a proud veteran of the United States Army. Ray was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Ray always had a smile on his face.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Dolly Perko, Chuck Fulton, and Marg Jackson.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, of 64 years, Dorothy (Foster) Fulton, daughter Monica Fulton of Bridgeport, Chuck (Cara) Fulton of Ohioville, PA, Jim Fulton of Washington, PA, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, Eileen Rice, several nieces and nephews and grand puppy, Nikia complete the family.

Family and friends will be received Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 11 till time of service at 1pm, at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH 43912, with Fr. John Mucha officiating. Full Military Honors will be presented by the Belmont County Veterans Association with Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
