Raymond Louis Ball was born September 2nd 1950, in Shidler, OK to Roy and Bogadah Ball. Raymond was the third of seven children.
Raymond graduated from Shidler High School and went to OSU Okmulgee for culinary studies. He spent his whole life helping others. He spent 14 years working for the Kaw Tribe and multiple years with rodeo arenas and associations. It meant a lot to him to make people's lives better.
Raymond passed away December 5th, 2023 in Kaw City of health issues. He is survived by his brothers; Roy, Frank and Carl and his sisters; Bogadah, Ladoma and Dona Jo. He has one son, Raymond Louis Ball Jr and multiple nieces and nephews. He was an incredible person, friend and father. He will truly be missed.
A memorial graveside service will take place on Friday, January 5th, 2024, 2 p.m., at the Washunga Cemetery in Newkirk, OK with Pastor Dennis Wildman officiating.
