Age 79, of Flower Mound, Texas, formerly of Dormont and McDonald, Pennsylvania. On Thursday, March, 9, 2023. Beloved son of the late Martin L. and Emma (Dobbs) Conley; dear brother of the late Fr. Martin and Richard J. Conley; uncle of Richard, Ronald and Robert Conley; brother-in-law of Linda Conley; best friend of Dan Mashburn. Raymond was born December 10, 1943 and graduated from Keystone Oaks High School. Raymond served in the Army as a Corpsman Medic, later receiving licensing as a FAA A&P Mechanic from (PAA) Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics., became a licensed FAA IA (Inspector Authority) and Licensed FAA Private Pilot. He worked for USAirways, American and American Eagle Airlines in various technical and engineering roles prior to retiring. Raymond perfected many hobbies over the years including as a nationally ranked motorcross racer, rifle marksman, maintaining his Cessna aircraft, building computers, developing highly sophisticated computer software, rebuilding telescopes and mentoring kids in Texas and Kansas. Jake his big dog was his favorite pet that he walked around the park daily. Considered a Rocket Scientist and genius by his friends and co-workers he eagerly took on any problem they encountered to solve. He will be greatly missed. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Family and friends welcome Friday Noon - 1:00pm. Interment Queen of heaven cemetery. Family suggests memorial contributions to Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (https://humaneanimalrescue.org/).
