Raymond K. Deyo, age 87 years, passed away February 18, 2026, at his home in Council Bluffs.
Ray was born August 1, 1938, to the late Herman and Dagmar Deyo in Council Bluffs. He married Joan Coffelt May 31, 1956. Ray worked for Council Bluffs Water Works retiring after 36 years of service. He enjoyed crafts, fishing and playing cards.
Ray is preceded in death along with parents; wife, Joan; five sisters.
He is survived by his son, Mark Deyo; daughter, Anita (Howard) Thomas; grandchildren, Jason (Cris) Deyo, Brian (Mindy) Deyo, Jodi (Mike) Quakenbush, Scott (Samantha) Thomas, Allan (Akeya) Deyo; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; many other loving family and friends.
Visitation, Monday, February 23, 2026, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Funeral service, Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Bayliss Park Chapel. Interment, Ridgewood Cemetery, Council Bluffs.
