Raymond Richard Ledbetter, Jr. was born on January 21, 1968 to Marilyn Maxine Best and Raymond R. Ledbetter, Jr in Paterson, NJ. He attended John F. Kennedy High School and received his G.E.D. Raymond "Richie" earn multiple trade certification though out his adult life.
As a child, Raymond was a fun-loving kid who was very curious and loved to be outdoors. He had a great sense of humor which he carried over into adulthood. He possessed phenomenal talents working with his hands through craftsmanship and carpentry skills.
As an adult, Richie's talents flourished to become the "Every day, Every-man Handy Man." His career highlights landscaping, general construction, plumbing, demolition, painting, tree climbing, and warehouse production. He loved to watch sci-fi as "Stargate" was one of his favorite tv shows. His absolute favorites were peanut butter cookies and ginger ale. He used all his talents, immensely benevolent and protective instinct to help the people he loved dearly.
Raymond R. Ledbetter, Jr, also known as "Led, Ricky, Richie, Beetlejuice, and Ray", was a good person. He entered into eternal rest on January 19, 2023.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents James and Mal..Tie Davis, and Mammie and Phinizzy Watson.
He leaves cherished fond memories to his son Daniel Brown; Sisters: Stephania, Toni, Beverly, Charvelle, Shannon, Trina, and Kishawn; Brothers: Lenard, Dondray, Glen, Curley, Corey, Darren, and DeShawn; His Love Deborah Pierce; Beloved Aunts: Elnora Davis, Eliza Wilson, Nicole, Nyshika. Rosetta, Melvin; His Great-Aunt Carol; Cousins: Barbara, Kitra, Cathy: His Extended Family Dave. Jennifer. Naila, Naomi, Oronde, Tristan. Jasmine, Trashawn, Lexington, and Violet; along with a host friends.
