Raymond Morris Post, 58, of Washington, passed away Friday, February 20, 2026.
He was born May 5, 1967, in Washington, the son of the late William R. Post and Laura A. Garber Post.
Raymond attended Avella High School. He was employed by Sherwood Nursery as a landscaper.
He loved hockey, especially the Penguins, football, fishing, cooking, baking, traveling, landscaping, cutting grass and hunting.
Surviving are five sons, Raymond Yater, Shawn Post, Anthony Post, Aaron Cumer and Nathan Cumer; a daughter, Melissa (Michael) Zekir; six brothers, Richard “Bub” (Fay) Post, David Post, Robert Post, James Post, Ronald Post and Joseph Willhoft III; five sisters, Dolly Post, Donna Hardy, Lois Post, Eva (Daniel) Wolfe and Ida (Richard)Willhoft; seven grandchildren, Megan Yater Michael Zekir, Maleah Zekir, Maddox Zekir, Preston Post, Adalynn Post and Tatum Post; a great-grandchild, Stella Bird; two uncles, Jim and Glenn Garber; and several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Deceased is a daughter, Teresa Post, who passed away in infancy.
Family and friends will be received from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., the hour of service, Saturday, February 28, 2026, in William G. Neal Funeral, Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington. Interment will follow in Enon Cemetery, Richhill Township, Greene County.
