Raymond George Prestridge Sr.

Raymond George Prestridge, Sr., affectionately known as Ray, was born in Maryland on April 26, 1953. He passed away on February 13, 2026, in Glen Burnie, MD, leaving behind cherished memories for his family and friends.
Ray was a loving partner to Karen McCord. Surviving him are his two daughters, Jennifer Prestridge and Crystal Krzanowski, and 11 Grandchildren. Also surviving Ray are his two sisters whom he held a special bond with, Helena Dehn and Patricia Ryan (Bill), who, along with all his family, will continue to celebrate his life and the joy he brought to those around him.
Ray was preceded in death by his father, Otis William Prestridge, Sr, and his mother, Helena Marie Montz, his brother, Otis Prestridge, Jr, and his beloved son, Raymond Prestridge, Jr., whose memory will remain alive in the hearts of those who knew them.
Ray enjoyed traveling to new destinations, embraced the competitive spirit of playing pool, and found peace in tending to his garden. His interests reflected a person who cherished both the tranquility of nature and the thrill of new experiences.
His legacy will continue through the love he imparted, the stories shared, and the laughter that will echo in family gatherings.
