Ray was a friend and colleague as we met through the Southwest Transportation Security Council (SWTSC). He was always a friendly face and positive person you enjoyed being around. He gave much of his time, greatly contributing to the success of the SWTSC and the annual Law Enforcement Christmas Party. We will miss you Ray, God Bless and RIP.
