To Gloria and the Vaughn family,
We met Ray and Gloria in AZ and what an amazing couple they are! Ray always had the biggest grin and smile, and was passionate and loved life. He cherished everyone he met. We shared many golf and social outings together. We loved listening to Ray's stories and adventures! Our deepest sympathy to Gloria and the Vaughn family.

Gloria, we were so happy to have seen Ray at the Central High reunion at the end of May and to have met you. You were wonderful to have brought him. He was as positive and as smiley as I remember him in junior high as well as high school. May you and your family hold dear all the many memories and smiles that you made together. We will miss our classmate.
Sincerely.

I would always see Ray golfing in Mesa, AZ. His partners rode golf carts but Ray walked the course. He was dedicated to his health.

What a guy! I guess that just about sums up Ray. I was lucky enough to visit and spend some very special time with Ray while he was at Mayo in Rochester. My sincere condolences to Gloria and his entire family.
