Raymond C. Willett, 78, a longtime resident of Lowell, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
He was born in Lowell on December 5, 1946, and was the son of the late Raymond Charles and Marion Helen (Dean) Willett.
Ray was raised in Lowell and graduated from Greater Lowell Technical High School in 1964 with a focus on electrical. After the service, Ray worked for Lockheed Martin as an electronic technician, troubleshooting mechanical technology. Ray enjoyed music, tinkering with stereo equipment during his free time, and listening to his favorite vinyls, such as The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Ray would best be known for being true to who he was.
Ray is survived by his two brothers, Jeffrey and his wife Suzanne of Pepperell, and Philip of Salem, OR; his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey, Michael, Kristy, Daniel, and Derek. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, as well as two great-great-nephews.
His Funeral Services will be held privately.
