She is preceded in death by her husband, George Williams "Bill" Smyth, Jr., and Sister, Billy Joe.
She is survived by her children, George Smyth III of Orlando, Florida, Cheryl Smyth, David Smyth, Lee Smyth, and Patrick Smyth, all of Leesville, Louisiana; Kevin Smyth of Clayton, Georgia; Sisters, Normadean and Burline; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
