Mrs. Rebecca Jean Kapetanis, age 78, of Gainesville passed away on Tuesday April 8, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville Campus.
Graveside services will be held Monday April 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday April 14, 2025 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m.
Mrs. Kapetanis was born October 16, 1946 in Troutville, Pa. to the late Ralph Srock, Sr. and Hazel Muth (Reiter) Srock. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mike Kapetanis.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Sabrena Kapetanis of Gainesville, daughter, Terri Kapetanis of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Manuel and Zella Kapetanis of Bastrop, Texas, brother, Ralph Srock, Jr. of Luthersburg, Pa, sister, Helen Peace of Cedarburg, Wisc., grandchildren, Kody Kapetanis, Kristin McIntire, Brittaney Davenport, Brandon Davenport, BrookLynn Davenport, Heather Claxton, Sara Landry and Jason Kapetanis. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Rd, Gainesville, Ga. 30504 is in charge of the arrangements.
