As a bright young woman growing up in the California Bay Area, Rebecca's strong will and independence put her on a nationwide adventure. During her twenties and early thirties she achieved an associates degree, became a drug counselor and later opened her own locksmith business. She faced medical challenges throughout her life. Battling and defeating brain cancer, strokes etc, while raising two daughters on her own. And she still has a smile on her face. She was her daughter's hero. Rebecca is a believer in Jesus and now she is with Him in heaven, bringing comfort to her soul. She is survived by her two daughters Adrien and Julien Lyon; her brother Seth Lyon and sister Michelle Lyon; her beloved pets Bailey (dog) and Morla (tortoise); her parents Esther Ludwig and Gerald Lyon. Arrangements made with La Paz Funeral Home.
