Rebecca "Becky" Ann Noel (née Hren), age 54, of Willoughby, OH, passed away on August 28, 2025, at Hillcrest Hospital.

She grew up in Mentor-on-the-Lake and stayed a lifelong resident of Lake County. Becky was the wife of 23 years to Scott Noel, and the proud, adoring mother of Hope Noel and Anabella Noel, whom she would do anything to protect, and who were truly the lights of her life.

She was the cherished sister of Ben (Diane) Hren, Mona (Ron) Mendak, Debbie (Ross) Scibona, and Jeff (Robin) Hren; and a loving aunt to Emerson, Rosario, Victor, Marlo, Onna, Angelia, Josh, James, Michelle, and Liam.

Becky will be remembered for her creativity, her love of crafting, and her passion for the arts. She found joy in traveling, especially to the beach, where she felt most at peace. One of her favorite memories was at Anna Maria Island, FL, where she floated in the ocean with relatives Michelle, Tony, Faith, Isaac, and Anabelle Noel. The sand was like nowhere else, the water was crystal clear, and the sky was vibrantly blue. Also while in Florida with her daughter Anabella, she explored the Ringling Museum, had the opportunity to feed her favorite animals (the flamingos), and experienced Disney for the first time at Magic Kingdom in summer of 2024.

Christmas was her favorite time of year; she delighted in decorating, planning, wrapping gifts, and creating warm memories with her family and friends. She had a true talent making that holiday so special.

A woman with a generous spirit, Becky gave her time as a volunteer and Guest Coordinator at the Cleveland Hope Lodge through the American Cancer Society, offering comfort and kindness to those in need. Prior to having her children, she became a licensed Barber through the Lake Erie Barber College.

Becky bravely fought a 14-month battle with cancer, determined to spend every moment she could with her beloved daughters. Her devotion to them was unmatched, and her love will live on in their hearts forever. Now she is flying with the angels and her beautiful, bright, redheaded sister Debbie.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Rebecca's name to the American Cancer Society. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
