Rebecca Nunnally Patterson

Rebecca (Becki) Nunnally Patterson, 77 , walked into eternity on Friday, November 28, 2025, stepping into the fullness of GOD'S PRESENCE without limitation, without restriction, and with complete clarity. Born in Richmond Virginia to Martha and RB Nunnally Sr, both deceased. Becki resided in Warsaw Virginia and was the beloved wife of Chuck Patterson, to whom she was faithfully joined for thirty six years.

Her heart was wide enough to hold an entire family, no matter how they came into her life or how their stories intertwined with hers. She carried Tony, Christi, Ashley, Alex, Caleb, Sam, Stella, Ella Grace, and Layla as her own, embracing every season of their lives and everyone they brought with them across their years.

Becki's siblings were treasures in her life, preceded in death by her sister Dianne, supported and loved unconditionally to her last breath by her brother Rev. Raleigh Nunnally, her sister Cheryl Nunnally, and their families. Her nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended loved ones stretched across the country, each held a place in her heart as if they lived right next door. To her, family was never measured by blood or geography but instead by love.

Her life was marked by many roles, countless cultures, and communities she poured herself into. Whether through work, service, friendship, or seasons of unexpected assignment, she carried her calling with devotion. Every circle she touched felt the imprint of her compassion, her faithfulness, and the quiet steadiness that made people feel seen, safe and loved.

Summarizing her life would take volumes, but the truth of her heart can be held in three simple lines:

She loved GOD.

She loved people.

She served BOTH.

Welcomed through the Pearly Gates by a host of family, friends, and servants of the ALMIGHTY, Becki now rests in the PRESENCE she cherished all her life.

The family will welcome those who morn, celebrate, and acknowledge a life, a true gift, to this world, to others on Saturday December 27, 2025 at Cross Point Church of the Nazarene, 8710 Hull Street Road N, Richmond, VA 23236 at 10:15am with a Celebration of Life service at 11:30am.
