Rebecca “Becky” Sue (Byrd) Scott, 47, of Odessa, Missouri passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family has established a GoFundMe Page https://gofund.me/7b04bce1 to assist with services. Becky was born on February 27, 1978, in Kansas City, Missouri to Scott Able and Kathy (Bryd) Hatt. She attended Odessa High School. While Becky tended and cared for the home and her children, Becky worked as a general manager at Taco John’s in Odessa. Along with spending time with family and friends, Becky enjoyed puzzles, watching SCFI movies, Scooby Doo, hunting and fishing.
Becky is survived by her two children, Kalli Wolkey of Blue Springs, MO and Julissa Farage of Blue Springs, MO; one grandchild, Arya Wolkey; her mother, Kathy Hatt; a sister, Tara Finn of Odessa, MO; three brothers, Jason Byrd, Jerry Bryd, and Scott Able; one niece, Ashley Twilligear, five nephews, Riley Husereaux, Ronnie Finn, Ryan (Heather) Bryd, Colby Bryd, and Brody Bryd, and many relatives, and friends.
Becky was preceded in death by her father, Scott Able; and a great niece, Brooklyn Twilligear.
