Rebecca Ann Smith, age 76, of Waynesville, MO, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026, in the Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla, MO.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 2026, in Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery, under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. in Memorial Chapel.

She is survived by her husband, Sammy Smith of the home in Waynesville; her two children, Scottie Lee Smith of Reston, VA and Samantha Ann Hooker (Michael) of Waynesville, MO; four grandchildren, Caitlyn Smith, Jacquelyne Hooker-Brasher (Bobby), Wyatt Smith, and Victoria Hooker (Garrett); three great-grandchildren; her brother, Gordon Milne, Jr (Gale) of Bellevue, NE; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Contributions in memory of Rebecca Smith may be made, and contributions may be left at Memorial Chapel.
