Angela Marie Smith

Angela Marie (Pelosi) Smith, 87, passed away on February 25, 2026. Born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut, Angela moved to Woodbury, New Jersey, in 1968 with her husband, Louis, to raise their family. In 2002, they settled in Mays Landing, then returned to West Deptford in 2018.

Angela worked for the United States Postal Service for many years. Later, she became a barista for Wawa Corporation in Mays Landing-one of her favorite roles-because it allowed her to meet new people.

In 2024, Angela moved to the Woodbury Mews, where she formed many cherished friendships. She loved playing Bingo, painting, and being part of the caring community there.

Above all else, Angela's greatest joy was her family. She treasured family dinners, celebrations, and every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, who were truly her world. In her free time, she enjoyed relaxing at the beach and visiting the casinos in Atlantic City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis and survived by her children Joseph (Vickie), Deborah Thom, Michael (Tammy), Jay (Diane Dahm), Rachael (Paul Holgado), Kathryn (Mike) Spaeder, 19 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
