Rebecca "Becky" (Kiosses) Vouzikas, 95, of Rindge, New Hampshire, formerly of Gardner, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, in the Jaffrey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Jaffrey.

Born in Astoria, Long Island, New York, June 30, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jennie (Apostilas) Kiosses. She was a graduate of Gardner High School with the class of 1948. Rebecca worked as a Paraprofessional within the Gardner School system for 30 years retiring in 2005.

She was an active member in the Gardner Women's Club, and a member of the Girls Friendly Society, where she was the president of the organization. Rebecca spent a great deal of her time Volunteering at Heywood Hospital. She taught English as a second language while in Annapolis and Gardner. She also enjoyed quilting, oil painting, stained glass, pottery, making rag dolls by hand, golfing, and tennis.

Rebecca is survived by a daughter, Anastasia V. Colby and her husband William of Rindge, New Hampshire; four grandchildren, Alexis Chestine, Nicholas Bourdeau, Linnea Colby, Toria Colby; five great grandchildren; one niece, Ellen Gosselin; and one nephew Tom Kiosses.

Besides her parents, Rebecca was predeceased by her husband, Alexander J. Vouzikas; a daughter, Christina K . Vouzikas; two brothers, John and James Kiosses.

Burial will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Massachusetts Veteran Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA,

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association, 1300 Wilson Blvd. Suite 600, Arlington, Va, 22209.
