Regenia Ann Shields, age 91, of Dover, died Monday, February 23, 2026. She was born November 20, 1934, in Lamar to Charles Ezra and Minnie Ines Hickey Pellham.
She was very spunky and full of spirit. You knew she liked you if she teased you. She loved spending time with her family, gardening and being outdoors on her porch swing on the hill.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernam Harold Shields; three brothers, Oscar Pellham, Elmer Pellham and Delbert Pellham; and a sister, Elsie Churchill.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Tommy Barkley; two grandchildren and their spouses, Amanda and Jordan Underhill and Kaleb and Ashley Barkley; and four great-grandchildren, Karson Underhill, Whitley Underhill, Everly Barkley and Kade Barkley.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Pleasant Grove Assembly of God with the Rev. Clint Craig officiating. Burial will be Pollard Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m., until service time at the church.
Pallbearers will be Gary Pellham, D.H. Pellham, Billy Churchill, Jack Bocksnick, Danny Willis and Bill LaRue.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the Dardanelle Nursing and Rehabilitation staff and Hospice Home Care for the excellent care Regenia received.
