Regina Marie Levash (née O'Keefe), born on November 23, 1959, in Montclair, NJ, passed away suddenly on September 18, 2025, in Jacksonville, FL.

Regina was the beloved daughter of the late Marie and Nicholas O'Keefe. She graduated from Bridgewater-Raritan High School West and later earned her Associate's Degree from Rutgers University.

On January 28, 1994, Regina married the love of her life, the late Thomas "Tim" Levash, in Raritan, NJ. Together, they embraced the joys of raising their blended family, sharing many happy moments playing cards and listening to music.

An avid reader and passionate gardener with a true green thumb, Regina found peace and fulfillment nurturing her plants and watching them flourish. Her greatest joy, however, came from her family. She fiercely loved her daughter, Heather Sudo, husband Edward, and was a proud Nana to their three sons. She enjoyed daily calls with Henry and Ellis and always looked forward to their Sunday morning coffee and cake pop trips, treasuring every moment spent with them.

Regina was preceded in death by her brothers Nicholas O'Keefe Jr., Brian O'Keefe, and sister Patricia O'Keefe. She is survived by her brothers Thomas O'Keefe (Misty), Robert O'Keefe (the late Lucinda), Edmund O'Keefe, and John O'Keefe; her sisters Ellen Melitski (the late Michael) and Barbara Kujawa (Robert); as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews whom she loved dearly.

Regina will be remembered for her nurturing spirit and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a local Jacksonville library (click here) or Eat Your Yard, Inc. (click here), a nonprofit nursery that employs individuals with special needs.

Crevasse's Simple Cremation is honored to serve the Levash family.
