Regina Patricia Powell, age 62, of Cove, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at her home. She was born on Thursday, May 2, 1963 to Jerry and Sheron Warren Harrelson in De Queen, Arkansas.
Regina was a vibrant, outgoing woman whose unwavering faith and devotion to the Lord shaped every aspect of her life. A true prayer warrior, she carried an unshakable strength as a Godly woman, uplifting those around her through her love, encouragement, and constant prayers. As an active member of The Remodeled Church in Grannis, she poured her heart into serving her church family, caring deeply for each person she knew. Regina's talents shone through her beautiful crafts and her love of crocheting, and she found joy and peace in reading her Bible as well as any good book. Above all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother who treasured every moment with her family, creating a warm, happy home filled with love, laughter, and faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Michael Skelton.
Regina is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, William Barom Powell Jr. of Cove; two sons, Tristin Harrelson of Cove, Tanner Powell of Cove; one daughter, Tobi Stanley of Cove; two grandsons, Phoenix Harrelson and Sawyer Stanley; and special friends, Sara Bingham, Andi Tadlock, Brandilyn Bingham, Julie Bingham and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be held on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Witherspoon Cemetery in Cove, Arkansas with Brother E.J. Tena officiating under the direction of Bowser Family Funeral Home in Mena, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be William Powell Jr., Tristin Harrelson, Tanner Powell, Phoenix Harrelson, Colton Stanley, and Brendan Tadlock.
