Eric, gone too soon. You and my other cousins are core memories of my youth. When I think of my childhood you are the main person that comes to mind. Us playing charades, riding bikes and scooters through the neighborhood, eating and laughing with one another. You are in better arms now, but your memory and spirit and essence live on cousin. I love you man. Rest In Power.

Unfortunately I didn't see Eric as often as I wanted to. But every time I saw him, he gave me the biggest hugs and had the brightest smile on his face. I will always cherish that. I love you family.

Eric! My heart goes out to your entire family. I need you to do me a big favor though...me knowing the power of prayer, and being a recipient of God´s benevolence and omniscience. His time is far more greater than ours, his timing is divine. My request is, send your prayers to your parents, your siblings, your wife...and most of all your children! Eric, you overcame and accomplished a lot in such a short time. I´m glad I got tons of video footage of all the times we shared camping and just hanging out at your house. The love you had for your family was unmeasurable. Rest well, I will miss teasing you when you always ran through the house shirtless and making everyone laugh. You got your since of humor from your mother. Rest well, job well done!

My very favorite moments that I immediately think back to are the times big sissy used to drive from the city to Iowa so that baby girl and you could spend far of the summer to visit Jo´Varres and I.
We all used to put on movies or music just to laugh and sing our selves silly. My love for you and your siblings runs deep and will always.

I got to see Eric / Reggie / Derrick grow from a kid to a man, this man had great character, personality and showed love with jokes and laughter. Funniest moment was when Buck had Eric teach me how to tootsie roll because I lost a bet. Safe to say my tootsie roll got better and my bet was paid..
