Rena Evrard Obituary
Mrs. Rena Marie Evrard age 52 of Tazewell, passed away December 17, 2025, at the Claiborne Medical Center. She was born on July 21, 1973, in Danville, IN. to Ronald Yeary and Rose Payne. Rena was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She worked as a nurse for over 25 years caring for others that were in need. She was saved at a very early age at the Carrs Chapel Baptist Church. Rena enjoyed attending Mt. Gillead Baptist Church, in Dehonega, GA. and it was a very special day for her.
Rena is preceded in death by her grandmothers Nellie Yeary and Dorothy Henderson. She is survived by her husband Patrick Evrard, father Ronald Yeary and wife Phyllis, mother Rose Payne, son Gabe Marksbury, daughter Brianna Johnson and husband John, Amanda Noah and husband Shawn. Grandchildren: Cadence, Ethan, and Adrian Johnson, Ethan, Emma, Elissa, Elijah and Emmett Noah. Brother Ronnie Yeary, special sister Connie Guy and husband David. Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday December 22, 2025, from 5:00pm till 7:00pm at the Claiborne ~ Overholt Funeral Home Chapel.
