Rena Harrison

Rena Harrison passed peacefully from this life August 10, 2024. She was born June 18, 1927 in a mining camp near Kemmerer, WY. She was raised on a dairy farm outside of town where she learned to work hard and be a thankful, kind, and strong woman. She loved to travel and being a waitress allowed her to do so. When her daughter came into her life, she devoted herself to her and worked hard to be sure she got a good education. She met the love of her life when she waited on him and after a long courtship, married on July 14, 1999. Upon retirement, they moved to The Dalles to be near her daughter and family. They were active in Pioneer Potlatch for many years. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She is survived by her husband; Roy Harrison, daughter; Lydia Celebrin (Spouse Todd Cannon); step-daughters; Sheri Harrison, Anita Harrison, grandchildren; Rory and Spencer Celebrin-Cannon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Katina and Fred Celebrin, sister; Rose Kennedy, brother; Fred Celebrin Jr. and nephew; Fred Kennedy.
Attendees are invited to wear green- her favorite color.
