He was a kind and gentle man who proudly served in the United Stated Army during, The Korean War. He worked and retired from Ben E. Keith, Budweiser.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Juanita Adames Tijerina, and his second wife Barbara Tamayo Tijerina; son, David Tijerina; granddaughter, Sonia Garza and two great granddaughters.
He is survived by his daughter, Diana Garza and husband Alfredo; sons, Daniel Tijerina and wife Virginia, Demitri Tijerina and wife Monica, Renaldo B. Tijerina, Jr. and wife Darlene; stepdaughters, Christine Salinas and husband Felix, Belinda Pruett and husband Donald; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren along with countless family and friends.
