Rene Lucien Cook, 66, of Contoocook, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 7th, 2025, at his home on 563 Kearsarge Avenue. He was born on January 21, 1959, in Miami, Florida, to Douglas E. and Juliette Cook.

Rene was a skilled contractor and the proud owner of RSMC Construction, a business he operated for many years. His talents extended beyond his work as a handyman, and he was always known for his resourcefulness and ability to fix almost anything. In his younger years, Rene was passionate about racing motorcycles, a hobby he cherished and spoke of fondly throughout his life.

Rene was predeceased by his parents, Douglas and Juliette Cook, and his brother, Douglas Cook. He is survived by his sisters, Karen Barrick and Laura Martel; his children, Christopher Cook and Melissa Cook; and his beloved grandsons, Ashton and Sawyer Cook.
