Renea Miller Obituary

She was the first person in her family to earn a college degree. Renea was a second grade teacher, an active member of her church, and was an avid Dallas Stars fan. She loved dogs - especially her beloved Kobi. Her kindness and resilience touched everyone who knew her.
Renea is survived by her daughter, Laney Miller of Denver, CO; brother, Brad Morrow of Little Elm, TX; nephew, Jay; niece, Taylor; and her dog, Kobi.
She was preceded in death by her father, Montia Morrow; and mother, Connie Groves.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Freeman Heights Baptist Church in Garland, TX with Larry Venable officiating. Online condolences may be shared at www.slaymemorialfuneralhome.com.
Arrangements are under the direction of Terri Slay and Slay Memorial Funeral Center.
