Renee' Dyer Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Shorey-Nichols Funeral Home & Crematory Services, Pittsfield on Jan. 4, 2026.
PITTSFIELD- Renee' Marie Dyer, 56, passed away in her home in the care of her loving family, on January 1, 2026, in Pittsfield, Maine. Born on December 3, 1969, in Waterville, Maine, Renee' lived a life grounded in love for her family, nature, and all of God's creations.
She was a devoted mother to her three children: Colby Charles Dyer, Kassandra Mae Fielders, and Lucas Gage Dyer. Her grandchildren brought her immense joy and were a cherished part of her life. Renee' is also lovingly remembered by her siblings, Debra Lee Poulin and Colby Earl Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Colby Charles Lawrence and Sandra May Lawrence, as well as her sister Sharon Marie Poulin, Ricky and Kevin Lawrence.
Renee' found peace and spiritual connection through the natural world. Whether camping under the stars or sitting around a campfire with loved ones and her dogs nearby, she felt most at home outdoors. She had a deep love for animals and welcomed many strays into her care over the years.
Her sense of humor and expressive nature left lasting impressions-often saying more with a glance than words ever could. Renee' had an extraordinary ability to find beauty even in difficult times and shared that light with those around her.
In addition to her love of the outdoors, Renee' enjoyed gaming on Xbox, finding both relaxation and fun in those quiet moments.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests a small contribution toward funeral expenses to help ease the burden during this difficult time.
Renee's memory will live on through those who knew and loved her. May her spirit continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all she touched.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Second Baptist Church, 172 Water Street, Waterville, with William Lawrence officiating. A gathering will follow in the fellowship hall and all are welcome.
