Reneé Michelle Anthony, lovingly known as "Reese Cup," passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 64. Born on March 11, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio, Reneé was the cherished daughter of the late Sylvester White and Mildred (Napper) White. Reneé’s life was marked by her dedication to personal growth and service. She earned her GED through Columbus Public Schools and pursued further education by completing several courses toward a Business Degree at Columbus State University. Her professional career was distinguished by her work with the State of Ohio Highway Patrol and the State of Ohio Homeland Security. During her tenure, she received numerous accolades and awards for her contributions and actively participated in various training programs and classes. A woman of deep faith, Reneé was a devoted Deaconess at Jordan Bible Church in Columbus, Ohio. She found great joy in reading, studying, and memorizing scripture from the Bible, which served as a cornerstone of her life. Her love for God and scripture inspired those around her and reflected her compassionate spirit.

Reneé had an entrepreneurial heart and dreamed of starting a coffee business as well as opening a hot dog stand. She also had a passion for collecting and selling miniature hot rod cars. A keen investor with an interest in the stock market, she enjoyed exploring new opportunities with enthusiasm. Reneé’s adventurous spirit extended to travel; alongside her beloved husband Orlando Anthony, she embarked on over twenty cruises that took them to nearly all the Eastern, Western, and Central Caribbean nations.—including Mexico, Belize, Jamaica, and many more.

Reneé is survived by her loving husband of nearly 33 years, Orlando Anthony; her children Shawntelle White and Ricardo White; siblings Paula Peaks (Ron Peaks), Zyrone White, and Stephen Napper; as well as many others who were touched by her kindness and warmth. She was predeceased by her father Sylvester White; mother Mildred (Napper) White; brothers Carl Napper and Michael White.

In addition to her family and faith-filled life, Reneé will be remembered for her caring nature and unwavering compassion. Her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her.

May Reneé’s legacy bring comfort to those who loved her deeply.
