Renee M. Griffith, 64, of Westover, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025 at her home. She was born April 19, 1961 in Tampa, FL, a daughter of the late Roger and Anita (Dexter) Durant.
She was a Eucharistic minister and very involved in St. Mary Roman Catholic Church with fellowship activities, including hosting “Donut Sunday.” She formerly worked at Mylan for over 30 years and was a big WVU football fan. In her free time, she enjoyed staying active with her sons’ sports and baking for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin Griffith; sons, Shane Christopher, Pierce Griffith (Kaitlin), and Patrick Griffith; grandchildren, Aurora and Valeria Griffith; sisters, Donna Bowling (Shane) and Lisa Stepp (Phillip); mother-in-law, Mary Ann Griffith, and several nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law, J. Patrick Griffith, III.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Thursday, December 11th from 4-7 PM. Visitation will continue at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1 Guthrie Lane, Morgantown on Friday, December 12th from 10 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM with Rev. Msgr. Anthony Cincinnati, S.T.D., as celebrant. Entombment will take place at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
