Rev. Gerald W. Nelson

Rev. Gerald Nelson who was born in Hinckley, MN on 3-14-35 and died peacefully on 1-6-23. He is survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Kay in 2019. Our Saviour's Lutheran Church (815 S. Washington Street in Naperville, IL) is having a memorial service on April 1st, 2023. Pastor Jerry and his wife Kay served there from 1974 until he retired in 1997. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m, with the service starting at 11:00 a.m. A light luncheon will follow. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church for the "Pastor Jerry and Kay Nelson memorial fund."
