He shared so many cherished moments by the rivers and lakes with family and friends, finding peace and tranquility that mirrored his faith-filled life.
His beloved family remains, including his two daughters, Jessica Jacobs and Angela Jackson. Roger's spirit will continue to live on in their hearts and in the many lives he touched throughout his journey. He also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends who share in the mourning of his departure, yet find comfort in the knowledge that he rests now in the arms of his Savior.
Roger is preceded in death by his loving parents, Martha and Roy Lee Jacobs, whose guidance shaped him into the servant leader he became. Their legacy of faith and love continues through Roger’s life and the lives of those he inspired.
