Reynold Sanchez, 76, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026 in Stephenville, Texas. A graveside service for Reynold will be held on at a later date.
Reynold was born to Frank Sanchez and Venicia Flores on November 30, 1949 in Weatherford, Texas. He married Carmen Perales on July 19, 1969, and they had three daughters, Patsy, Lennell, and Melinda. They lived in Stephenville since 1963, where Reynold worked for Wolfe Nursery and in the warehouse at FMC.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Perales Sanchez; son, Reynold Sanchez Jr, daughters, Patsy Ketchum and husband Ronnie, Lennell Cogburn and husband Darrell, and Melinda Rojas and husband Rafael; grandchildren, Ashley Hayes, Amber Needham, Leona Garrett, Candice Chupp, Meagan Daniels, Tyler Rojas, Wesley Rojas, Monica Smith, Zachary Rojas, and Jeremiah and Julian Sanchez; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Tommy, Pete, Frank, Mattie, Jesse, Dan, David, and Andy; sisters, Margarita Jackson, Pauline Blackwell, and Mary Schaffer; and a very large extended family.
