Rezetta K. Blevins, 74, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at her residence.

Rezetta was born on July 17, 1951, to the late William "Bill" and Betty Lucille (Hutchinson) McKenzie in Ashland, Kentucky. She grew up next door to Billy Ray Cyrus, whom she fondly referred to as her husband. Rezetta loved listening to Reba McEntire-whom she playfully called "Reba McIntosh."

She adored her baby dolls and cherished her large collection of them. Shopping and money always brought her joy, and she was known for her sassy and spirited personality. For 22 years, Rezetta was a proud and dedicated member of Tenco. Kay enjoyed her church, The Creek.

Above all, she deeply loved her mother, Tonya, her devoted case worker, Misty Hayes, Martha Roberts, and her Trinity Family. Rezetta will be remembered with affection and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her mommy and caregiver, Tonya Sprinkles of Somerset, KY; and her sisters, Alfreeda Spillman, of Orlando, FL, Jackie & (Delbert) Pancake of Ashland, KY, Teresa & (Greg) Vance of Springfield, MO, and Patty Hutchinson & (Jim) Patterson of Ironton, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her two brothers, Ray Hutchinson, Jr. and William "Nicky" Hutchinson.
