Rhonda Dillon, age 67, of Red Jacket, WV, passed away peacefully on Monday evening of September 15, 2025, While an inpatient in the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. She was born on June 28, 1958, in South Williamson, KY, Rhonda was a beloved daughter to the late Elmo and Elizabeth Justice Charles

In addition to her parents Rhonda is preceded in death her siblings, Cheryl Charles, Joyce Charles, Georgia Lee, Jackie Charles, Susie Charles, Jim Charles, Elmo Charles Jr, and Danny Charles.

Rhonda was a beloved homemaker and a devoted member of the Newtown Pentecostal Church in Newtown, WV. Rhonda was known for being one of the finest people you ever met, with a special love for her granddaughters. She was an amazing wife, friend, and neighbor, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and warmth.

Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Harold Dillon of Red Jacket, WV; her sons, Bobby Dillon (Becky) and Shane Dillon, both of Red Jacket, WV; her brothers, Doc Charles and Randy Charles of Ohio; and her sister, Charlene Ferguson of Ohio. She was a cherished grandmother to McKenzie Dillon and Lakyn Dillon of Red Jacket, WV, and Alana Scott of Hardy, KY. She will be deeply missed by her special friends Karen Chumley, Eric Blankenship, Brenda Hunt, Carolyn Lecco, and William and Sharon Thompson.

The family will begin receiving friends in the Chambers Funeral Services Chapel on September 20, 2025, with visitation from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Andy Dillon. Burial will follow in the Blackberry City Cemetery of Blackberry City, WV, with friends and family serving as pallbearers.

Rhonda's presence in the lives of those who knew her was a blessing, and she will be remembered with love and gratitude.
