Rhonda Ratcliff Hall, age 69, gracefully departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at UK King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 16, 1956, in
Grayson, KY, she was the cherished daughter of the late Harry Lewis "Todd" and Mary Rose Sword Ratcliff.
Rhonda was preceded in death by two beloved brothers, Charles Leonard Ratcliff and Kenneth Russell Ratcliff, who held a special place in her heart. A proud graduate of East Carter County High School in 1974, she continued her journey of learning and growth, earning a Master's Degree from the University of Kentucky. Following her education, Rhonda dedicated her career to serving as a quality control supervisor for the state of Kentucky, embodying diligence and commitment.
In 2001, Rhonda embraced her faith, becoming a steadfast Christian who radiated love and kindness. Known for her vibrant spirit and contagious personality, she always prioritized the well-being of others, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Rhonda is survived by her devoted husband of 34 years, Darrell Hall; her loving daughter, Yolanda Echelle (Bobby Justice) Fields of Grayson; and two grandsons she cherished and raised as her own, Todd (Kayla) Fields of Grayson and Curtis Blake (Cory King) Fields of Grayson. She was also blessed with a great-grandson, Camdyn Bryce Fields, who brought her immense joy. Rhonda leaves behind her cousin, Kim Swindell; and special friends- Jo Bocook, Judy Porter, and Ruthie Brammell-as well as her two treasured fur babies, Marilyn and Perry. Her warmth and compassion will be deeply missed by countless friends and extended family.
A celebration of Rhonda's life will be held at 5 PM on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson, with Kim Swindell and Jeff Moudy officiating. Friends and family may visit from 3 PM until the service hour.
